I’m feeling the need to say something…..to explain something…..to defend myself and my fetish.
I understand that there aren’t alot of people like me and Daddy out there that have a blood fetish. I understand it’s considered extreme edge-play and alot of people are freaked out by it. That’s their problem to deal with, not mine. I post what we feel, what we do and things that are important or interesting to us. I’m not going to hold back or refrain from posting something just because someone might get their panties in a wad over it. If you don’t like blood and don’t want to see bloody images - don’t stop by this blog because there will be tales of blood lust and pictures of it too.
We aren’t crazy or dangerous. lol It’s amazing to me how many closed minded people there are in the bdsm “community” here in blog land. I say “blood fetish” and people hear “Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” It’s not like that!! Anyone would be perfectly safe walking through my front door - we don’t attack people with meat cleavers when they come over…….promise. *grins*
I’m assuming the comment I made about wanting to bathe in human blood may have disturbed a few people and I’m not making apologies for how I feel. It doesn’t mean I’m looking for someone to kill so I can fill my tub with their blood! I’m not insane! I know the difference between right and wrong. If you read that particular post, then you know I said “Without and let’s be clear here, without committing a crime.” I was made to feel bad for being different and a freak for most of my life and I’ll be damned if now I’m going to feel bad about what I enjoy and posting about it here on my blog. Yes, I love the sight, feel, smell, and taste of blood. So what? Some people like skat and piss play. We’re all into different activities and it’s ok. I wouldn’t want to be a cookie cutter image of someone else. I want to be me. The weird chick with a blood fetish. Get over it.
I won’t say I’m not hurt by this because I am. A couple of people removed my link from their blogroll, their perogative of course, but I’m not going to say it doesn’t hurt. It feels like a slap in the face. It’s almost like, we’re different and you are too, but you are just TOO different and you kinda freaked us out with the whole blood thing. Well, if that’s the case, then it’s probably for the best that they won’t be stopping by here anymore. Yeah, I deleted them from my blogroll too. No hard feelings, I just can’t read someone else’s blog when I feel like they’ve judged me and have never ever met me.
If it makes anyone feel better - the whole bathtub full of blood thing will be remaining a fantasy. The internet is useful for many great things, but it’s been utterly useless in helping me find a way to do this particular activity. That goes to further prove my point that there are not alot of blood freaks out there. For the record - I was going to find a way to use MY OWN BLOOD, but now I’ll just come up with something else. So the mailman is safe now. Daddy won’t be kidnapping him to drain his body of blood so we can use it in our bathtub or for a sacrifice.
We are not sick or twisted. If I happened upon a crime scene somewhere, I would not strip all my clothes off and masturbate in the blood!
Auuuggghhh! Haters. Blood fetish haters. Judge me all you want, I have nothing to hide and nothing to be ashamed of. I would rather be hated for who I am than be loved for who I’m not.
I am sorry you are experiencing the ‘haters’ - you know, there are so many closeminded people that do not understand much of what those in the BDSM community like. There are many people that wouldn’t understand simple bondage! If this is your interest and you are consenting adults, then HAVE AT IT! Don’t ever feel badly about what you like or what gets you hot! IF it is legal - then go for it!

Master Coyote - When I realized the link was gone from both yours and Kitten’s blog, I realized it probably had something to do with the “bathtub of blood” thing and how your first wife died. I can’t imagine the hell that was to see and if I ever went through something like that, it would probably be enough to turn me off of blood completely. So I understand. I do. I don’t think of you all as “haters” and there are no hard feelings here.
Kaya - Now that I’ve calmed down, it’s probably the second of the two - they are just unable to view the gore. I’m trying not to feel slighted as a person, but that’s really kinda hard to do. It sounds totally childish I know, but for the time being, I can’t continue to read their blogs too. I feel like I would be betraying myself by going somewhere I know I’m not really wanted. Maybe instead of childish, it just sounds stupid, but it’s the truth of how I feel. Thanks for the insight and we need to talk some more about this tit nailing thing. lol

It’s no big deal….their cross to bear, not mine. Do you like the newer dead movies? I love “Land of the Dead” and Romero’s got a new one, “Diary of the Dead” about to come out! Can’t wait!!
Be sure to keep your head up and stay positive. You have every right to your fetishes, and you are far from the only one with a blood fetish. And as you said, many people have scat and urine fetishes and that seems to be fine. btw, i love your pics…some of them make me cringe, but i love looking at them.

Well, you are a woman after my own heart!! I liked “Land of the Dead also, but my favorite is still the originial- for a low budget movie, it did extremely well. “Theye’re coming to get you Barbara”- opps! sorry! What about the “Chainsaw Massacre” movies, I still like the originial one best but i have to say I did like them all. They say it was based on a true story but the real guy never used a chainsaw-he just used human skin to decorate his lamps. Other good ones were “Faces of Death”-i rented them a few yrs ago, but I haven’t seen them around lately-maybe they were banned!!! they were about real death not the phony ones you see at the movies. Well I better end this uplifting conversation before I get commited-although, the idea of a blood bath makes the “Chainsaw Massacre” movies look like “Leave it to Beaver” so we can both be commited! I really don’t think its so much haters-people just read what attracts them- I’m down to 2 -yours cause I like your writing and i love the BDSM lifestyle and another one who loves music and lyrics like i do so we sort of bounce off each other different stuff we write- the first time i read a blog was by someone who i now think had such low self esteem that to me was pitiful, her husband was and is a bully and he molds her instead of looking at her own potential -she hides alot with words- but it did get me into reading other blogs that i like-so in that way it was good.

You’re right, people do read what attracts them. I’m glad my blog made your list! The people who took offense to my blood fetish have their reasons and I understand. It just hurt, I took it personally and I probably shouldn’t have.
No you shouldn’t have- the ones that really are there for you that support you; are the only ones that matter- anyone else is just living with their own fetishes and just don’t have the honesty, courage and openness that you have to talk about them. Kind of makes me want to have a few more fetishes.
